Pools are open to all owners during normal open hours and cannot be reserved for private functions.
The HOA host/hostess will contact you before your event to make arrangements to meet you and walk through the facility. Your key fob will work during the hours of your reservation—on the day of your reservation—allowing you full access during your event.

Shoal Creek Valley roads are residential city streets with a 25 mph speed limit which is enforced by the Kansas City Police Department. Please use extra caution when children, bicyclists, runners and walkers are out and about—we want to keep our community safe!
The master assessment each owner is obligated to pay is due on January 1 of each year. Owners who have not paid their master assessment by January 30 will be sent a notice of delinquency. (Please review the Community Annual Assessment policy in the Residents tab under Documents / Forms.)
